RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at margarita@bongiodxb.ae. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
